SCHOLARSHIPS

One of the primary objectives of the Williamstown Garden Club is to stimulate an interest in gardening and horticultural knowledge. In support of this, the Club awards scholarships to one or more graduating high school seniors. Recipients are chosen based on their interest in horticulture, landscape design, forestry, environmental issues, or conservation.

     •  Sunnie Warax – Mt. Greylock Regional High School, attending the University of Massachusetts, Boston
     •  Abigail Whitley – Mt. Greylock Regional High School, attending Franklin Pierce University
     •  Donation to the Garden Club Federation of Massachusetts Scholarship Fund

2022:
     •  Ryan Goss – Mt. Greylock Regional High School, attending the University of Rochester
     •  Madison Machaffie – Mt. Greylock Regional High School, attending University of Massachusetts, Amherst
     •  Donation to the Garden Club Federation of Massachusetts Scholarship Fund

2021:
     •  Gabe Gerry – Mt. Greylock Regional High School, attending Cornell University
     •  Carolyn Jones – Mt. Greylock Regional High School, attending Williams College
     •  Donation to the Garden Club Federation of Massachusetts Scholarship Fund

2020:
     •  Amelia Murphy and Brooke Phelps – Mt. Greylock Regional High School
     •  Donation to the Garden Club Federation of Massachusetts Scholarship Fund
